Hoodie - Dark Grey

I placed an order for the Dark Grey Hoodie, and a few minutes later I got an email saying that the size I ordered was out of stock. She offered me a different color in my size and sent several other items in my package for the inconvenience!! She was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hoodie is really nice!!
